The story of Faizi Corp began in the early 1980s when Mr. Riaz Faizi, a respected legal professional, founded Faizi Corporation with a clear vision — to provide ethical, transparent, and reliable legal services in Pakistan. His primary focus was to protect the rights and interests of both local and overseas Pakistanis, particularly in matters of real estate and property law, where honesty and trust were the true foundations of justice.

In the 1990s, the second generation — Mr. Jamil Faizi, Advocate — carried this mission abroad. During his time in the United Kingdom & United States, he personally witnessed the legal and property-related challenges faced by overseas Pakistanis. This experience reshaped the firm’s direction, molding its core focus toward serving the overseas Pakistani community. Under his leadership, Faizi Corporation expanded its services to include family law, taxation, and international legal affairs along with providing services to non Pakistanis in Pakistan, establishing itself as a trusted name both at home and abroad.

After his unfortunate passing in 2020 due to the COVID-19 pandemic, the third generation — Mr. Hamza Faizi — assumed leadership with a modern and global vision. He transformed Faizi Corporation into Faizi Corp, an umbrella organization uniting law, technology, and virtual services under one dynamic brand.
